La película narra la historia del matrimonio de Pyotr Tchaikovsky, con su esposa Antonina, una de las personas clave en su biografía. 

Su decisión de cambiar de vida casándose, para acabar con los rumores, le provocó una grave crisis mental. 

Cuando posteriormente decidió separarse de su esposa, devastó a la joven y, finalmente, la volvió loca.

West-Eastern Divan Orchestra: Igor Levit Takes Over for the Ailing Martha Argerich

The pianist Martha Argerich has unfortunately had to cancel her appearance at Lucerne Festival due to illness. In her place, Igor Levit will perform Ludwig van Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in C major next Tuesday, 15 August, in the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra’s concert conducted by Daniel Barenboim. 

Lucerne Festival would like to express its deep gratitude to Igor Levit for stepping in at such short notice, and we wish Martha Argerich a speedy recovery.
